Returns & Refunds

Return window
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
• For hygiene reasons, used/opened drinkware cannot be returned unless defective.
• Proof of purchase (order #) is required.

How to start a return (RMA)
Email sipmateduocup@gmail.com with your order # and reason (photos if damaged/defective).
We’ll send the return authorization (RMA) and the return address.

Returns sent without RMA may be refused.

Return shipping
• Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind / wrong size / not needed.
• We cover shipping for damaged/defective items or wrong item received.
• Use a trackable service; we’re not responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds
• After we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Your bank/PayPal may need 3–10 business days to post the credit.

Exchanges
Fastest way: place a new order, then return the original following the RMA steps.

Order changes & cancellations
We can edit/cancel within 12 hours of purchase. After processing or dispatch, changes aren’t guaranteed.

Damaged / defective on arrival
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll reship or refund.

Wrong/insufficient address, unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is returned to sender, we can reship (reship fee may apply) after confirming the correct address.

Lost / late packages
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we’ll assist with a reship or refund per our policy.
